Orders for transfers must be accompanied by vector artwork, if you are submitting your own artwork. We prefer CorelDRAW (.cdr) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files. Certain files are not vector files. If your file ends with jpeg, bmp, gif, or psd this is not vector artwork and your file will need to be redone. If you are using adobe photoshop please click here to see how to convert your layers to a vector piece of artwork. When you send your artwork please have it the correct size. We will not resize your artwork without your instructions to do so.

Note: Importing a jpeg or photo piece of artwork into this program does not make it a vector piece of artwork. (but we commend you on your sneakiness)
The Artwork you submit represents our company as well as yours. Here are some guidelines to consider when you have your artist create your logos for heat transfers. Please read this section to ensure your prints are correct if you do not follow our guidelines we are not responsible for your prints.
FONTS: Try to use at least a 10 pt font, smaller fonts sometimes will not print properly with transfers. If you have rosters or labels try to use a legible font like Arial or Helvetica. If your prints are white or a high coverage ink for dark garments we suggest using a size 12pt. Before sending a piece of artwork please make sure that all fonts are converted to curves (Coreldraw) or outlines (Adobe Illustrator). If you use a font that we do not have installed in our computers your artwork will not display properly. If you do not convert your fonts to curves, so the fonts are recognized as a line drawing instead of a font, we are not responsible for your incorrect prints.
To convert the fonts to curves in Coreldraw please select all fonts. Go to "Arrange" that is located at your top tool bar. In the arrange section
please select "Convert to Curves" This will change your fonts from a ttf font to a piece of artwork.
To convert the fonts to outlines in Adobe Illustrator please select all fonts. Go to "Type" that is located at your top tool bar. In the type section
please select "Create to Outlines" This will change your fonts from a ttf font to a piece of artwork.
LINES: Try to use bold lines in your design whenever possible. It is hard to wash the image out of a screen when tiny lines are used. Below is a guideline for the thickness of lines we suggest. We will not guarantee any prints that have tiny lines. We do our best, but if you use a line under a 2pt we can't guarantee it will show up when we make your transfers. We will not offer a refund if you are not happy with the prints if you do not follow our recommendations. We want you to have beautiful prints so please take our advice :)
Artwork needs to be in Pantone Spot Colors to ensure accurate printing of your design. We can convert RGB or CMYK colors to Pantone Spot Colors for you at no charge as long as there are minimal RGB or CMYK colors. If you have over 35 RGB or CMYK colors within your design this could result in an artwork fee and we will contact you. Make sure your colors in your design are represented clearly. This helps our printers to clearly see the colors they are producing for you and ensure your prints are not missing any colors. When using white in a design make sure to use a back ground color so white is visible. Example A does not show where white is in your design. Example B gives us a clear image of where white is applied in your design.
